Vedic astrology and the Aquarian Age?

I'm aware that vedic astrologers think that astrological times are different than traditional western astrologers believe. What do vedic astrologers think about the timing of the Aquarian age?

Depends on your definition of the actual boundary of Pisces to Aquarius. It's more or less a validation of the sidereal system. The cyclings of the VP through the constellations is connected though to the Yugas, depending on who you follow.

Shri Yukteshwar (Yogananda's guru) hypothesized that the Yugas are connected to the 27 thousand year procession of the equinoxes. It makes the yugas much shorter according to him. But it's not possible to do a lot of research on this ;)
