Guru Chandal Yoga? Confused right now, help pleasee

I have retrograde Jupiter in Gemini with retrograde Rahu in Gemini as well in the 9th house and that is known as the guru chandal yoga. But they are many degrees apart like retrograde Jupiter is at 15 degrees while retrograde Rahu is at 2 degrees. So how would that work? I heard it means no luck or fortune.

I’m libra ascendant and Jupiter is known bad for libra ascendant people so how does it all play out? I’m confused.
