I met this guy suddnely and I fell in love with him at first sight.
I'm not sure whether the feelings are mutual. I feel very strong chemistry toward him.
There is some kind of tension between us and his presence makes me feel weak. However, this doesn't repeal me, actually attracts me quite a lot.

I don't see much going on between the personal planets to show immediate attraction. I do see your moon conjunct his ascendant. This could suggest the attraction is one sided, or that you're more likely to fall for him first. The outer planets aligned with venus makes things more promising if you get to know each other. Also, your north nodes are in opposing signs, meaning you each challenge each other to grow spiritually. Your strong points are the other person's place for growth. I have this with my partner (10 years older) but haven't been together long enough to see how this plays out.
