It was a reference to the other poster in this thread. He has a very unique posting style.
Anyway, what (God) didn't mention about that configuration that is pertinent is that Saturn is also afflicting your Venus, and what Saturn does is engender feelings of restriction, isolation, doubt, fear etc in his more negative manifestations. Saturn is the overpowering force in this whole situation as he is exalted whilst Venus is in her detriment, which further bends Venus out of her preferred shape. Aries is a sign that is characterized by independence, swift and pragmatic action and going ones own way - these traits being anathema to what Venus stands for.
Neptune is a force that whittles away and muddles whatever it touches, it undermines feelings of security and engenders vague and dream-like states. Practically this would make it difficult for someone to decipher where they stand in a situation, and as it is your Venus that is being afflicted by it, this would be in the sphere of romantic love and relationships - which is Venus' domain.
Combine the forces of Saturn, Neptune, Venus in a sign that detracts from her nature and the 7th house ruler and you can see where some of your issues stem from.
