It’s really fun to read about Lilith, just because of the talents which are described. I can imagine that Lilith – Mars is powerfull too. In my book it is described that Lilith gives someone a pure concept of whatever it touches in the chart. So with Mars it should bring a pure understanding and feeling of the concept of drive and decisiveness.
I always get a little annoyed when Lilith is described by the dark and femme fatale energy. Because I don't feel it's right. It's feel pure and like you say like a strong energy. And because of the feminity in the energy it can bring sensuality or sexual energy. I think it depends on the placement. In a first, second, eight or tenth house it might more easily be expressed than, for example, the fourth house.
For me the energy it doesn’t feel dark at all. Except maybe the strength might be intimidating. But still not dark. The only darkness I can find, is in the denial and suppressing of the energy. Self denial is a form of self destruction and thus darkness.
