Venus (ruler of 7th), in the sign of mars (ruler of 1st house, you), would imply he likes you a lot.

Moon moving from aries into taurus, would imply that you are starting to like him a lot, and soon will fall for him.

Please read about horary. Horary requires a startup yes/no question. After that more information is available. But if we don't know who he is and what the relationship that you are talking about is, then we have no way to know what house the question is in. If he's your brother, then its one house; if he's your friend, its another; if he's your boss, its another; if this is a romance, its another. etc.

You have made 250 posts here; presumably you should know about the FAQ here, and a little bit about horary.

These are essential pieces of information in Horary astrology.

I cannot read circular charts. I learned Vedic astrology.
As far as I know Horary is based on universe's answer. Universe knows exactly who i'm talking about n should reflect in chart! At least that's what other horary responses have implied on other posts many times. Anymore details is just making my life public. Obviously I am talking about a guy I am in interested in!

uranus on asce - dont like it

venus is not placed well.

no aspects between venus and mars - not expecting anything to happen?!

BTW, my interest was more in knowing how he feels about me..not if anything will happen between us.
