Help! Sister Filing for divorce but worried about child custody

Hi,

My sister is planning to file for divorce papers but worried about her life and child custody as the guy is a very angry person. Are there any foreseen hurdles in coming future related to life and in getting custody of child.

Her birth details are:
Place: Indore, India
Time: 2:10 PM
Date: 10-10-80

Husband
Place: Mumbai, India
Time: 5:20 AM
Date: 1-4-1976
