The rust on dust

Good day,
So I recently went to the doc and he prescribed me with some oral Terbinafine. Been taking it for about a week nearly 2 without any real issue. On sunday I found out I had a whole bunch of red little bumps (like mosquito bites) they did not really itch that much. They mostly align on my sides from my hips in a nearly straight line towards my armpits on both sides.
Now I was curious if this was due to the medicine or not, have not really ever had this occur to me before, which makes me suspect the medicine is the root.
