This is not the only table of monomoiria. Ptolemy rejects a system that used only the five planets in the order of the Chaldean terms:

Definition is a planet associated with one of the 360 degrees of the zodiac.
It means ''degrees''. Some associated them with occult images, I think Tycho Brahe had a list. Kozminsky Symbols and Sabian Symbols are the modern successors of these ''astrology'' techniques.

There's a difference between patterned associations and "pyschically" obtained or "channelled" associations.
I only recognize physical associations that come from God and non-physical associations that come from the
.You are right though, one is based on numerological reasons, the other on spiritualistic reasons. The purported images of hours, decans and degrees are in the latter category, and seem even more spiritually dangerous.
