Re: Can someone explain to me what aspects and houses for losing weight

There are a lot of considerations when it comes to weight loss. If you have always had a problem with this the MOON might be the position you should examine. The Moon represents one's "self image" (among many other things...such as of course BAD eating habits).

If you come from a family of obese people, both genetics and family habits and just plain cooking WRONG have a lot to do with it.

If the weight came on suddenly (over a year or two) then a transit could have been responsible...or event or series of events which were traumatic....

Neptune transits can "blind" one from realizing one is gaining weight - eating wrong - emotionally upset or confused and eating to comfort oneself.

So which is it?

Saturn is the planet of discipline. Having a strong positive Saturn by transit can help sometimes...also lack of Neptune influence. Once you are conscious of being really overweight you can begin to change your habits. But you have to be conscious of how and why it happened and be willing to use "behavior modification" over a really long term until eating healthily becomes the habit.

"The universe does not care if it inconveniences you."
