Milwaukee Cold Case Mystery

October 12th 2015 arrest.

Several charts involving a recently broken cold case in Milwaukee, from 33 yrs ago are attached.
The victim's name and her attacker's identity are withheld until a court decides the alleged assailant's fate.
The 1982 "fall" event time is speculation, e.g. rough.
Initial data for the victim comes from Milwaukee Police Dept and is deemed reliable.

1982 event chart's asteroids / fixed stars remain to be detailed.

The victim's natal chart has two highly charged planets; Neptune & Moon.
Fixed star Agena conjuncts Neptune in Scorpio.
A close reading of the arrest complaint will shed some light on why events took a sinister and tragic tone.

Here is a speculative natal chart (no time) for the alleged assailant in the 33 yr. old Milwaukee Cold Case.

Neptune in Scorpio trine Osiris; she would be 'found' in a psychological sense.
Psyche 29 Taurus = feeling haunted, Pleiades association; a fate to weep for.

In this person's chart asteroids seem to be as strong in effect as natal planets in divining a motive.

Here we are reminded that one's fate can seem inescapable.

In cases like this I like to use police response time in event charts. I have found that charts can be quite accurate using this information.
Allegedly the cosmos are sympathetic to man and answer questions when asked. Due this I always figure when police respond their all questioning what happened and who is responsible. Then the cosmos answer them
