Questions!!!!

Okay recently I was on Astro.com trying to find my most dominate planets. And it told me Mars was my most dominate followed by Venus then Neptune. Now my question is, can a planet conjunct a house cusp? Because it said that Mars conjuncted my second house. My Mars is near the cusp of the 2nd but in the first house. So can a planet conjunct a house cusp?

Heyya, I'm not a expert but from what I've learnt, and experienced, its very possible in the quadrant house systems, in my chart in Pladu(the house system that draws the houses by the degree of the AC) my sun is right on the house cusp of the 11th, in my experience I have had a fusion type of effect between areas of life related to the 10 and 11 houses. As I learnt more about astrology I start using whole sign housing, where the zodiac sign is the whole house, it places my SUN in mid of houses, to me I like this better,im not complexed guy lol. I still like using the Pladu system however sometimes.
