okay when you are asking "have i lost my chance to make it int emusic?'
the question itself doesn't make sense from horary perspective
itis not that complicated.. just ask "should I get into music now? as a hobby whatever"
When you are including "make it in the music" to me it's like looking for a record deal or something or being in a spotlight..

if a spotlight is on your mind without record deal, it is still 10th house
