I been hearing about this for a week... I wondering what Astrology got to say about that?
Will the US raise tax on the rich and lowering tax on the poor?

What you are hearing is a lot of propaganda. If the government does nothing, on January 1st taxes revert to what they were under Bill Clinton. At that time most people were prosperous, 16 million jobs had been created, the government had a budget surplus and you could actually get reasonable interest on savings accounts.
