We are building a house soon but won’t get to move in until march/april

I think, we take fourth house ruler for such a question. Moon is co ruler.

My opinion; It will be a beautiful home, moon is going towards venus.You will love the new home.
it can be close to a university or a religious place. saturn rx just delays. within eighth months i think. mid may.

I still stick to my words you may not get 100% satisfied with what you have wished or thought for, for some reasons that may arise!

I asked if your house is in south or east just to rule out something. so the ruler of the house near IC means not the direction but something else...
