Can the way you feel change a horary chart's answer?

The querent has strong feelings regarding the matter - does that make the chart unreliable?. Let's say, a girl has a crush on a guy and she starts getting jealous because he posts pictures with a girl on the Internet, so she casts a horary chart to find out if he's in a relationship. And the answer seems like a yes (no late ASC). However, 2 days later she is totally chill and stopped being jealous, so she casts a chart for the same question and the answer seems like a no.
Or someone is so excited about a concert and they cast a chart to find out if they will attend it and it says no (no early ASC). A week later, it showed a positive answer. Those are just two examples of overwhelming feelings regarding the subject of the matter.

Horary does not permit you to cast two charts for the same question so close together. I don't think anyone has scientifically demonstrated why casting multiiple charts for the same question may make them unreliable. But that is what it may do. Yours is an example of it.
