Good time to intitate a communication and get a positive response

Hello,
I am trying to explain a few things to a guy I'm interested in.
So far he seems to be simply ignoring me. There is a bit of fault from my side too. I have not handled the situation in a mature, grown up way and the way I contacted had probably been little high school-ish.

Now is there anytime I can reach out and get positive response, or any response at all, to what I'm trying to communicate?
