You can see this horary is a few months old but, I know the thing is around here somewhere. Technically, I am not sure if it is in the house or not but, I can't imagine that it went anywhere too far since I never took it anywhere.
I have hopes of finding it since the significator of the thing itself is aptly Venus (music) and she is in mutual reception with Saturn, who is in the 2nd. So, the thing appears to [eventually] get put back in it's rightful place.
To support this, Mars, in the ASC, is collecting both me, Mercury and the Moon, which can co-signify the lost thing. So, Mars is bringing the item and me back together.
The place is described by Taurus as that is the sign that Jupiter is in; Jupiter ruling the 4th. This with a predominance of earth signs tells me it is low down, in the south, possibly on the edge of something since Jupiter is at 0 degrees of a sign.
All this and...I don't know...it hasn't appeared....yet.
