Career Guidance Please :( I have an existecial crisis.

I need help to understand what is best career choice (I am not fulfilled with medical school even though I can handle it; ). I cant find my place in the world and I am feeling depressed. Also I am affraid that I will die alone without a family. I am always overthinking and that does not help.
Also, please tell me if you see something interesting (warnings or advices) that worth to be mentioned.
