Perhaps it would be best to start your own thread and post your chart, rather than data, cos we are all visual people here.

What about when the rulers of 7th house are both in the 7th house already? I have DC in Scorpio and both Mars and Pluto are already in 7th house. How should this be taken into account and what could it mean? I have had one "big" relationship in my life in my teenage years and it was INTENSE and fiery, but well, the same thing that brought us together made us go separate ways.

Where should I "look" for my next boyfriend or keep my eyes open? I have already been single for years after that last significant relationships, almost 6 years already.

My chart can be seen in my signature. :)

Ruler of the Seventh House in the Seventh House
Partnerships can become something you depend on quite heavily and you may attract a partner who tends to be very self oriented. It's possible that you will experience many relationships before settling into the one that suits you best.

Ruler of 5th mercury is in 9th so possibly look whilst in higher education, a foreginer perhaps, whilst travelling even.

Your mars is unaspected which can swing from loads of inertia to loads of action. :joyful:

Oh, thanks astrologer50! I have always thought that should my mars be considered as unaspected as it makes only inconjunction, but I think it should and your description of "inertia to action" really rings a bell! I am exactly like that. I have times when I am totally without energy and times when I could work 24/7 with no effort. So really, it's funny. :)

But we will have to see how it goes with my partner finding...Partnerships are hard for me in a way, so I believe that's the reason I should be in them to learn more. But well, life will take me where I need to be. :)

your mars IS unaspected, though it does have a quincunx to chiron BUT chiron is not a planet, and they are not usually taken into consideration when looking for aspect patterns either like, grand trine or T Square...

Yes, thank you for confimation, as I have always been a little unsure (or maybe not wanting to know really?) I read all articles you posted and few of them clicked, but I have still not understood completely the meaning of having Mars unaspected in my real life. :) But hey, thank you very much!!

This is true for me! Im gemini rising with sagittarius DC, and both my late boyfriend and my ex husband have been solar sagittariuses:D Although I have no other planets than the uranus in the 7th in fire, these 2 exes had alot of planets in fire and in sagittarius. I wonder what the next potential boyfriend will be:D

What if you never get married but instead have a long term partnership??
Marriage isn't a big issue with me. I have Aquarius on my 7th, would this indicate an unconventional union?

Long term relations belong to 7th as well as our long term friends and not always legalisded, especially with Uranus and Aquarius involved. What is your Uranus doing? That is the planet of freedom, unconventional ways. You could set up an astrology partnership.

My goodness, Howl, don't sound so horrified. I thought you Aussies were rough and tumble types. Yes, he evidently took my threat seriously, which of course, it wasn't, just jealous temper.

I only found out about the gun when one day we went to Canada and he bought fireworks, which cannot be transported across the border. I was annoyed because I was sure we'd be stopped and taken aside, which we were. While the customs agent made us wait inside, I said to him something like you and your **** fireworks-of course he's going to search under the seat where you stuffed'em. Then he turns to me and says" I don't care about the fireworks, I just hope he doesn't find the gun!".

I was so pissed off! Then in comes the customs agent, grinnin' like a Cheshire cat, with the fireworks in his hand. He evidently stopped searching when he found them. Talk about luck of the Irish,eh?

Oh, you mean Neptune, I didn't think of that, I've been doing so much horary. Neptune is in Libra in the 2nd house. I'll have to think about it. Actually, I checked and Aries is on the cusp of the 9th. Mars is in Gemini in the 10th, the traditional house of marriage, and the second mate was also Mercury ruled-a Virgo. Weird, huh?

10th house of marriage???? Maybe in the old days when the male was the boss and the authority figure over the household and the wife.....hmmm not in today's world always, I would suggest. I am not a so called traditional astrologer and this is one of the reasons why. I wouldn't want to contemplate Saturn or Capricorn as being an influence on my marriage situation necessarily. THat suggests lack of agreement and equality and a paternalism.

I think my romantic partner will also be a business partner. What do you think?

Well in Equal house, your stellium is placed and ruler of 7th is in 11th suggesting finding a partner through groups, friendships and large organisations :kissing:

Yes, I do want my relationship to be based on strong friendship, and I want my partner to be my best friend.
Definately speaking 11th house to me ---

Also, I don't fall in love easily but when I fall, I fall hard, and I tend to idealize my partner.. (which is not always good.. *sigh*) And things have to be pleasant and dreamy in the relationship, like magic! (Is this possible? *sigh*)
That's cos Mercury is conj saturn and saturn will delay and restrict -- to 'test it's value' before going any further --

have you researched how your stellium are ~Apex for minor grand trines or talent triangles yet?

Yeah! What is your Jupiter doing by the way??

My jupiter is in 11th house aquarius... Mutual reception it is. Does anyone know the meaning of this regarding the 7th house and partnership?

I think my next partner has to be a foreigner. I get easily bored with partners and feel that the only way to keep the spark going is if the partner is from a different country so that I actually can learn something interesting from the relationship. I think I need to learn new stuff all the time, I mean being gemini AC and all:)

My chart attached:D

As I've mentioned before to you, you really should consider changing to Equal house sytem, your houses are badly skewed with 6/12 being almost 90' worth of a chart ---

Researching rulers of houses will help you understand more where I joining the dots so to speak

This is a very interesting thread!

Just thinking out loud here.. I have Venus conjunct Jupiter in the seventh and Cancer on the 7th house cusp.. Moon is placed in Pisces in the 1st in opposition to Venus and Jupiter..

I have read before that cancer on the 7th house cusp can denote that the Native will be in relationship with others who are caring and nurturing, or will be asked to provide that often and significantly to others. I am thinking that my first house Moon opposing this Venus/Jupiter conjunction in the seventh will mean that there will be a significant need for me to achieve balance in giving and receiving.. Looking after them vs. looking after myself.. making sure that I am giving generously but also receiving generously in turn.. This is an amateur's guess, but my Libra sun keeps illuminating all these needs for balance and harmony in relationships and other 'connections' in my life.. and after all, Venus is my sun's ruler!

I am young and haven't dated much, so I can't say a whole lot about what kind of men I find myself in relationship with.. but my very first boyfriend had an awful strong Sagittarius influence in his chart (my Jupiter at play?) Although I have no planets in Saggitarius, which rules my 11th house, but I have a pretty packed 9th house that includes my Mars and Sun (so attraction to Sagittarius men, I imagine)... My Venus also sextiles Mercury in the 9th, which is the ruler of my fifth house of love, romance, children.. trine's Uranus, Neptune in 12th and Quintiles MC.. My Venus is also in Virgo (understanding, learning, healing) - I am thinking maybe I will meet him at University? (Higher education 9th house) or possibly in my work? Or even travel.. I definitely have the travel bug and would LOVE to find some heart-warming, exotic and interesting person overseas to unravel and get to know..

As far as the Jupiter-husband theory goes..
- sextiles Mars, Scorpio, 9th
- Biquintiles afflicted Saturn in 1st
- Quintiles Pluto conjunct MC
- shares rest of Venus' aspects to personal planets

Perhaps I will end up with a teacher, writer or artist? Ohhh gosh, the more I get into this, the less formed an image I have! But very interesting thread, indeed.. Thanks to everyone for sharing! I will have to keep an eye on my chart and who I date in the future! :kissing: If anyone can help shed some light or steer my interpretation in the right direction, that would be so helpful! just another learning experience !

Yes that is a double whammy. Strong and intense. Need to watch for manipulation and control issues however subtle. THe planets in the house are much stronger than the sign on the cusp or the ruler... always... INfluences that are extreme but exciting. Need careful handling and passions run high. Virgo on the 5th is not usually a sign for a lot of affairs or casual boyfriends and can be rather fussy. Boyfriends really belong to the 5th house but when there are aspects to the 7th from there it can indicate more long term partnership with him. When you have a transit through the 5th house then that is time for love.
