who is best natal astrologer?

It's like any thing else---some Astrologers are a great fit for some clients, and some are not such a good fit.

People need to look around and decide what kind of Astrologer works best for them. :sideways:

I agree with Katydid. There are different "schools" of astrology that emphasize different things. I think Steven Forrest is excellent as well as Rob Hand, Liz Greene, Karen Hamaker-Zondag, but there are many others. If you want guidance on practical matters such as career choice, timing for business, etc. many astrologers will do. If you want something really deep form a psychological point of view - maybe Liz Greene. If you want something deep about your spiritual path maybe Jeremy Neal.
