Is there an aspect that makes a person not want to listen to others?

Not wanting to take advice because they think they know it better, while they actually dont
could be lots of things, but in the chart you posted, it has an unaspected moon, which is very rare to say the least....
really the facets of personaly can be found/explained in the *aspects*Mercury only has two aspects, opp Nep and trine pluto

I have been accused of not listening and being a know it all and I have Saturn conjunct Mercury which I think fits this scenario. Mercury challenged would indicate not listening to others. I have learned to overcome this to a large extent and am better for it. Once we are aware we can deal with it.
I think it may be your Mercury opposing Neptune......often dont like dealing with small details and sometimes dont have all the facts......

I think both Gemini and Sagittarius can be guilty of that, so look for their prominence in charts. My very good friend and my son are both Sagis, and another friend is a Gemini, and I love them to pieces, but sometimes I wish they'd just SHUT UP for five minutes. LOL! But to be fair, they *also* are all wonderful at making other people feel at ease because they can carry the conversation all by themselves, which relaxes people who are shier. 
As with anything, there are upsides and downsides.
And while the above are all sun-sign Gemini-Sagi, I suspect someone with a prominent Mercury there might have similar tendencies, and of course, rising signs in these. (Given the closeness of Sun and Mercury, many Suns in these signs will also have Mercury in those signs. I think it sometimes helps if Mercury doesn't share the same sign as the Sun, as it tends to reinforce the Sun's tendencies whereas in another sign, it brings in a different energy.)

A perfect description of my Sag. Sun, Mercury Capricorn husband; Mercury ruler Asc. and M.C..
Mercury is the thinker/learner, yet Jupiter's knowledge/teacher would tend to describe the 'they know (or believe they do) it better' attitude:
Where 'not listening to the wisdom of experience of' (authority figures) and/or 'blocking the ears' is concerned, Saturn/Capricorn's mastery could be found.
My Gemini Sun square Saturn Pisces sister has a very high I.Q., yet with Mercury in Cancer is 'the quiet one'. Many years back she admitted to having eventually 'turned off listening' to her husband's constant so-called 'teasing' of her rubber tyre tummy. She had got into the habit of covering it with (and eventually finding comfort from) a cushion. She is now 65% deaf!!!!!
'Not listening to/taking advice' would suggest a Libran influence. Not hard to imagine how one would feel if told that someone/something 'is not good for you'.....and able to offer the reasoning as well.
And if the 'advice' is actually criticism regarding how it should (not) be done, there's Virgo to consider, whilst the 'must', 'got to' and intimidating influence would suggest Scorpio and Pluto.
Not all as clear cut and dried as it might first sound.

Hmmm... Not listening to advice, thinking they know best, I would guess at something capricornian - as to be stubborn? (Maybe also Taurus?)
In my guess, I would say virgo, gemini and mercury influence would like to take in any kind of knowledge and then judge for themselves afterwords?
The other things that make a person not want to listen in my opinion is people who are very selfabsorbed and/or impatient.
I have a father who is a pretty lousy listner, but that is due to impations I think. He has sun opposed mars, mercury retrograde conjunct MC and sagittarius ascendant.
