Struggling with boss

Hello frnds..

It's been long time to catch u all.I got a job,2 weeks before.i find my struggling at work. Although,my boss is so calm,no pressure.Still it's difficult to cope up.can I get over this.

please ask me exactly what is your question ?? I can not understand. Problem with your job or with your own boss ??? What exactly do you ask ???

I also want to ask you if your work is related to education, foreign countries or languages, people from abroad, etc.
Your job has to do with finance issues of others ??? With property of others ???

Hi sunrise, thanks for replying...

I am working with Advertising Co.who publish local advertisement in newspapers. People, companies come to us to make advertisement,so we make their design and publish accordingly.

My work is to update,maintain data of client, newspaper and bank paper work. But most importantly this Co.does paperwork mostly, i am unaware of it.
By education, I did commerce graduate and accounts specialist in software. But I can not use my knowledge because this company don't work on software.they require only paper work.i never work with paper work.

Stress is that I am only lady in my office staff. No one is there to train me paper work. I feel discomfort from my boss,he keeps giving me order,to do it my own. And some times I feel he has crush on me.we don't talk much.I made male colleagues friends,who are friendly towards me.

I find myself difficult in work and with boss too. Things changing slowly.Still not so positive.Looking towards quitting.

What do you think,future holds with this chart.
