With no aspect between the ruler of the 1st and the ruler of the desc, MAYBE it was an accidental call. Like someone sat down with their phone in their tight jeans, and the phone 'redialed' a number.

You are represented by jupiter in the 2nd house, of self-worth...hoping the call was for you (you are awesome and whoever got your number is lucky).
Mars is the caller, square between mars and jupiter...
I would say no too.

well it happens all the time with my cell phone. It pushes the last number I dialed, so the entire number is redialed again.
