Who is this other person? Friend, lover, mother. We must know who is being asked about in order to determine which planet is the proper significator.

It seems that you may talk with him again. But I am not sure that it will be under favorable circumstances or necessarily turn out as you might wish, since your significator, Sun, must aspect malefic Mars and Saturn before he/MercuryRx and you/Sun run into each other.
It seems there are significant obstacles and challenges to overcome and that you may not be seeing him clearly, as he/Mercury is combust the Sun.
