That would depend on many factors
even if hundreds of millions of charts have Sun conjunct Regulus
and hundreds of millions of charts have conjunct Sirius
all those charts are not the same at all

for example
one considers whether the star in question is located in an angular, succedent or cadent house,
as well as the condition of natal Sun in both cases
the condition of natal Moon with reference to Sirius
the house location of Sun and/or Moon as well as aspects to and from other planets in the natal chart :smile:
