Best time to put house up for sale

Hi,

My parents passed away and left the family home to me.
I am trying to find the best time astrologically to list it for
sale. I need a bit of help. I want to to get it on the market
sometime between the end of February and end of March.
If that timeframe isn't favorable for selling, I can wait.

Appreciate any input on this.
