he met his current girlfriend when he was still dating Carla. He betrays his current girlfriend, with several women. he is lascivious and unfaithful, but he seems to truly love Carla
he is always trying to reconcile with her. when it does not work out with her he goes back to another girl.

Assuming Carla is asking the question, and she is the ascendent, and he is the descendent. He looks like quite a flirt. His 5th (his current love interest) is mars, in mutual reception with him, Jupiter. Their two significators are inconjunct, so their relationship isn't too smooth, but it is continuing. He is strong in his own sign, having a great time.
However, he is square Part of Fortune on the 10th, and semi-sextile the dragon's tail which is conjunct Pluto (ruler of his 12th of undoing). He may be in for a bit of comeuppance.
Wondering why in the world Carla would want to be with him, in fact she is retrograde, in Jupiter's sign and house (9th), and has been sitting on delusional Neptune. She's lost her head over him! Moon approaching a sextile to her from the 7th, she will probably take him back.
