Another dream but this one held me.
A misty place, a foggy land.
Mountains, mist, a giant beast man.
He walks to me shaking the ground beneath him so.
Birds in the distance, every direction their sounds flow.
The giant beast man reaches me by the summit.
I am at his feet, the mountain as wide as his stomach.
Instead of a roar or some monstrous yell,
The beast man knelt down, smiled and asked "Is all well?"
Confused and shocked by this giants soft words,
I answer with speak, mimicking tones.
The beast giant made an offer that went like this,
"You know that you hate them, you wish them dead. Join with me, let us rampage in your head. And when it is over you can awake with bliss. You know me, I know you, do not deny this"
"It won't take long for me to agree, but a question, a word, I have for thee"
"Speak" the beast said, his eyes never leaving me.
"Should I say no, what would you do then?"
The beast then did laugh, a near roar, throwing mist and mountain rock aside.
"Little one, little me, we are the same, you an I"
By the time he did finish, when I did blink, the beast was I, all fur, primitive.
I walked unto a tiny city, and destroyed it without mercy, hate or pity.
Its destruction was natural and not at all hateful.
The beast had been wrong and for that I am grateful.
But the cities destruction, its death I did revel.
