Mercury on the end of 8th house. No
Moon on the 2nd house, on Leo not so much move. No
Ascendant conjuct Sirius. Yes
Both Moon and Mercury are peregrine, Mercury is and combust

4 No and 1 Yes. So...NO

Is SF a place in northeast? If so things are different.

Mutual separation from Querent(Moon) and work(Jupiter rx conjunct the ASC) with dragons tail in the 10th. Also applying opposition from Mercury rx(home) and separating sextile to Mars in the 4th. She is particularly happy in the sign of Leo or she is agonizing about whether to go it seems, it's probably good money since she is in the second house.

here is how i broke it down

moon opposes sun first (full moon) sun is a lord of 2nd house - obviosuly money is in question .. problems
moon is in 3rd house not in 9th (long distance)
jupiter L10 is retro in 1st house and 9th house lord and 10th (i thought lets see)
merc and sun are both in 9th house
merc is combusted
mars malefic in 4th house - better to relocate since Venus is 7th house of removals
now we need an aspect between moon and saturn and we don't see it. We saw moon square saturn but it is a past aspect.

My overall call was a NO due to lack of opportunity.
