Curious your thoughts. Anybody?

Do you mean a transit to someone's natal chart, as in the moon being opposite their natal sun during an eclipse? Or are you just referring to the transiting moon being opposite the transiting sun during a lunar eclipse?

All lunar eclipses happen with the sun and moon in opposition to each other.

Yes in a fullmoon eclipse the sun and moon are in opposition always.
Both lights are also near the north node and south node for an eclipse to happen.
As the nodes are the points on the ecliptic where the moon cross the ecliptic, the suns "path".
Therefore it is easy to see if someone is born near an eclipse just by looking at the chart.

And to locate the eclipses in transit for a year one have to watch the transit nodes in house axis.

A lunar node is either of the two orbital nodes of the Moon, that is, the two points at which the orbit of the Moon intersects the ecliptic. The ascending (or north) node is where the Moon moves into the northern ecliptic hemisphere, while the descending (or south) node is where the Moon enters the southern ecliptic hemisphere.

A lunar eclipse can occur only when the full Moon is near (within 11° 38' ecliptic longitude) either lunar node, while a solar eclipse can occur only when the new Moon is near (within 17° 25') either lunar node.

It is both the transiting sun and moon. I suppose that was present in everybody’s chart yesterday?

The sun and moon were transiting everyone's chart yesterday, if that's what you mean. They always are. What I meant by a transit to someone's chart was the usual use of that term: a transit to their sun, and/or to their moon. That means something is forming an aspect to their natal sun--or their natal moon--even if the actual sun or moon is somewhere else in the zodiac at the moment.

If you had a moon opposition sun transit to your natal chart during the eclipse, that means your natal sun is at 0 degrees Aquarius (and if it is, that means the eclipse happened on your birthday). If your natal sun is not at the beginning of Aquarius, it wasn't a moon opposition sun transit to your chart. However, if you have any placements in square, trine, or sextile to the beginning of Aquarius and/or Leo, the eclipse made an aspect to those placements.

Moon opposite Sun transit will increase you desire or need to accomplish great things and succeed. But different areas of your life may not be working in the same direction. Perhaps there is a lack of harmony between your personal and professional life, or one of your loved ones is fighting against another and both want you to pick sides. If you are going to make advances in any area of life, all these competing factors in your life must work together, or at least be putting up with each other.
