Like I said, kinda extreme:
She's a triple scorpio with Saturn almost perfectly opposing his, one degree or so. Close. He has two planets in scorpio and his rising sign is sometimes calculated Sagittarius, and sometimes Scorpio.
His mars in scorpio sextiles her mars
Her pluto trines his venus.
His pluto sextile her venus.
His Aries venus in the middle of her eighth house
Etc
