The moon isn't void, as it applies well within orb to a conjunction of Saturn, after having just separated from an opposition to Mars. When a planet is just separating from one malefic and applying to the next with no intervening aspects it's a rather unfortunate condition called 'besiegement'. Things don't go well.
In terms of whether he loves you, I don't think so. Moon and Saturn are natural enemies. They can come together in horaries to denote a 'yes', but in this case the moon has to change sign first (meaning you'd have to change) and the moon is so afflicted that I can't see this coming to a good conclusion.
Are you afraid of him in some way? It looks like you're hemmed in on all sides here.
