We have found a house and negotiating. we are waiting for the landlord's response and the agents are involved too, My husband's friend will be sight seeing on behalf of us tomorrow (we will get to view over the video).
my question is, would they (landlord/agents) ask us to pay them immediately to get the paper works ready to move in?
