Relationship with Sun and Moon Reversed?

I'm a Scorpio with a Gemini moon, and am currently in a relationship with a Gemini with a Scorpio moon. I'm kind of new to astrology and I was wondering if this is a good or bad thing.

Joanne Woodward and Paul Newman had this configuration, although in different signs. He was Aqua sun Pisces moon, she was Pisces sun Aqua moon. There are a lot of other factors to take into consideration though... do you find your relationship is based on a deep mutual understanding?
