Here are my younger brother's birth details

Karachi, Pakistan.
He has been recently accepted as a international student in a foreign university. Now the main part is to apply for a resident permit and a visa in another country abroad because there is no embassy of that country in our homeland...We are doing everything possible to prepare a perfect application for the visa. Lots and lots of money are spending on this project...... will my brother's application will be accepted somewhere in december?. I'm in stress and doubt because i'm a very sensitive person and i cannot let my brothers and parents hope shattered. Please guide me if there is any negativity please tell me....
