Natal, Progressions, or Transits??

Which one would you say is the most accurate when describing the present climate of what is going on in your life astrologically? I know they can all be done at the same time but if you HAD to pick one that would be the most accurate, which one would you pick?

I'd definitely go for transits. They come and go. When you're feeling ****, you look in your chart and lo and behold there is a transit to a natal planet that you did not realise was going on.

Progressions are really helpful, especially when a progressed planet changes a sign, move into the 29th degree or are aspected by one of the transiting outer planets. One gets comfortable with the energies of progressed planets because they move so slow. It's only when there is an emphasis or crisis going on in the progressed chart, that they are really useful to me personally.
