Will I settle there? When? Why?

Is it right?

According to Ankara alternative horary method:

time frame-parametres for TAURUS lagna: minimum = 20 days & maximum = 8 months; 7 sign/ months for distance moon mars

querent = 1st house = taurus = venus in house of long travels & moon (co-lord) is in house of social status, career
quesited = 7th house = scoprio = mars in 5th
north node in 7th = + testimony
Mars and Venus has no aspects
Venus needs to connect with mars in 8 months (?)
mars flows toward venus and moon (+)
my native home = lot of fortune here & its lord in house of quesited (sun comb saturn in 7th)

How can I do this delineation?

Will I settle abroad? When? Why?

how can I find "why"?

Thanks a lot! Kisses

Horary doesn't do very well with "will I EVER....?" questions. You need to be a little bit more specific in the time period, like in the next 6 months.

For me, with the SN in the rising sign (Taurus) of the horary, the chart is unreliable for delineation (SN in the rising sign of a horary is the only stricture vs judgement I follow)-so (from my perspective at least) I would say-re-ask this question again at a later time (when you are motivated to do so)-and, set some time-frame (could be up to a couple of years)...

According to Dr. Farr advices, Will I move abroad in the next 8 months? Why?

1st chart - NO
Venus rules you
Mars rules relocation
You are not moving here is why
A. you have no aspect between Venus / Mars
B. moon is void
c. Sun aspects Mars before Venus has any prayer to get to Mars
D. the nail to the coffin is Venus is rejected by Mars in reception
so you are staying put!
