Is transit Neptune through 4th House expected to activate 12th house issues?

Hi, im Pisces Sun, Sag Moon & Sag Ascendant.

Natal Sun is square Moon,Neptune, and Ascendant. Jupiter in Taurus is trine Sun and, as i have come to know recently, is the only singleton in my chart (is this supposed to somewhat enhance the earth-element of my chart which is rather weak in itself?).

My natal Neptune is conjunct Moon in Sag in 12th house (squaring both my Sun & Mercury, which are conjunct in Pisces, among other things).

As transiting Neptune is in Pisces, is transiting my 4th house (which cusp is at 3,31 Pisces, indeed), conjunct my sun (21 Pisces) and Mercury (17 Pisces), squaring natal Neptune (16 Sag) and squaring natal moon (16 Sag).

My question is wheather the 4th house (death?) transit is expected to activate 12 house issues (isolation, guilt, confinement, depression, among others...), assuming Pisces to be the 12th house ruler...

I also have both Saturn & Pluto transiting my 2nd house, so perhaps activating also 8th house issues at the time.

Any comment would be of help; greetings.
