Moon and Pluto line questions (not related)

Say, we have 2 cities, city "A" is much closer to the Moon IC line (say 10 miles), while the other ("B") is further west (30 miles west from 1st city, so 40 miles west from the Moon line). So both cities fall under the influence of this lines. However, the thing is that interactions with people in "A" feel heavier, locals are perceived as "cold, distant or aloof", while nature is perceived as calming but less so than in the city "B" further away. Moreover, crowds in "B" are considered more pleasant and not exhausting, unlike those in "A". Moon line was supposed to be pleasant but city A is a roller-coaster experience and making friends with locals seems almost impossible (but with other foreigners it's easy).

Is it because city "B" has also a minor line passing through it, Mars Quincunx AS? What does that mean for someone with Mars Sextile Jupiter, Mars Square Neptune and Mars Quincunx Ascendant in their birth chart? Shouldn't city B be even less positive as Mars should be even more blocked there for a male person, but it is more positive?! As city A and B are so close there are no changes of houses and signs in the relocation charts, just some degrees changes, but mostly identical. So what gives? Maybe past life connection to city "B" is in place, while no such or a negative one existed related to "A"?

2. Another issue is a city on the (secondary) Sun trine/sextile MC line, also very close to the major Jupiter/MC Line. AstroCartoGraphy states that it should be pleasant, especially for a person with a sign ruled by the sun but... is rather "meh" at best, with lots of abuse in the past. The third line close to the city is Pluto trine/sextile AS, maybe it is the one causing trouble as same person has experienced terrible stress on their Pluto IC line. Also, can a Pluto IC line ever be a viable place to live or should it be forever avoided for someone with Pluto in 3rd house and in Scorpio also with Neptune Sextile Pluto?
