occurred at 16:30 on January 18.
According to Xinhua, as of January 19
there were at least 200 people dead
185 people missing
and
more than 1,150 people injured in this quake.
Local officials said the quake collapsed 14,000 houses
including many high-rise buildings
30,000 houses were damaged.
The quake also destroyed many cars, power lines and communications systems.
