Um, Venus, Venus, venus, oh and Venus lol.
Both luminaries, Mercury a personal planet by nature, and the horizon are ruled by Venus. Also the second and seventh houses are under Venus rulership, here lies 5 of your celestial bodies. Also luck and karma planets Jupiter and Saturn lie in Taurus.
You very well may however be Scorpio dominant, though unlikely because Venus is considered weak in Scorpio. Venus is you, aka you are in Scorpio is the thought process behind that (for me I am Jupiter and I am in Pisces).

I'd say Saturn.
however dispositor is in the 8th he is looking at the 7th house, wherein Sun is debilitated, moon is combust, ascendant ruler is in the 8th. I'd say saturn has a huge say on your life.
