it has to be the 'birth of the question', not your birth. So when was the question born? So date, time and location of when the question came to your mind that is the time when the question is born. So the date would be 9th Nov 2014.

Moon is in 12th house
Mercury is peregrine, under sun's beams and in Via Combusta.
Mercury and Jupiter make no aspect to one another and have no reception.
7th house contains both Mars and Pluto. Mars is exceptionally strong in this chart.

I'm thinking with no reception, the 12th house Moon about to go Void of Course, no aspects between significators and malefics in the 7th house, the answer may not be positive. Have I missed something?
