the waxing moon is ALWAYS beneficial- always always always
in vedic astrology, by tradition, it is known that the moon is the MOST important element in the entire chart, more important than the sun - there is the lagna as you know but also and of equal importance there is a chandra chart, because you always have to look from the moon as well
