In horary, when your asking about a person, (h7) the DSc, is exactly conjunct the SN, what is the meaning or rule about that?

Just asking specifically about SN/ DSC the person being asked about. Does that describe the persons condition?
Then of course the NN exactly conjunct the person asking the question.
What does that say about the asc person?

The North Node is usually a very good sign (luck) in the house where located and the South Node shows the difficulties and setbacks. Now depending on the question
