Saturn is exalted in the navamsha chart and is likely to give results of Venus which is a yogkaraka planet for Virgo ascendant. This is very favourable for the house and therefore it appears that ultimately you will be successful in having a normal child.

Thank u so much for your reply.. 2023 is still a long time and considering my age as well.. Is it possible to have a healthy pregnancy in 2020?
