I want to sell my properties. Tomorrow I will know how much they will give me. Is it an advantage to sell my properties now, or should I wait?

I think better to wait. The price is in detriment, so quite low I think. Moon opposing Mer. Rejection of the price, evaluation. I also don't like Venus conjunct Neptune on DSC. So the buyer is fishy. See how you feel once Mercury gains speed. Maybe better offer comes up.
