I personally find the Vedic astrology chart difficult to read visually. One day, I will stop being lazy and learn to read it. Anyways, if you know how to visually read a wheel chart, then go into whatever program or website you get your western natal chart from and change the settings to sidereel chart and the houses to whole signs. This is somewhat equivalent to what you have posted here. If you are looking to learn to read it this way, then maybe you check the Vedic astrology forum to see how to read the charts.
