Co-ruler question

If the main significators are applying (1st and 7th house) but the moon (co ruler) is separating from the 7th house, does this mean no?

Anybody know?

Like so many things, it depends on the chart, but if the main rulers are applying to each other to an easy aspect with decent reception and the moon isn't in horrible shape, probably you'll get the outcome you want. Barring Saturn or the SN in the first, and a few other warning signs.

Again, it's chart-dependent.
