Help with a course I am studying - any ideas?

I’m studying a traditional astrology/horary course at the moment and part of it requires a table of Regiomontanus houses and an ephemeris for 1990 alongside a good atlas.. I’m a little overwhelmed and never used regio, can someone help on this and advise if there are any online facilities where I can download as I have just spent a lot of money on books etc and don't want to waste unnecessarily costs for one exam.
